Il Bosco le Risere

The complex "Il Bosco le Risere" site in Candiolo, within the Stupinigi's park, consists of several rural buildings of which the main will be convert in a Agritourism. The goal of the project is to reactivate the area by integrating the agricultural activity of growing bamboo with hospitality rural areas, educational courses and workshops for schools, visitors and patients of the nearby IRCCS of Candiolo and private companies of Turin. The structure will have about 18 beds and two workshop/events rooms separated by full-height acoustic curtains for one simultaneous use of the facility. The local bamboo and wood construction will follow the highest standards of environmental sustainability and integration with the historic building. The intervention in green building is completely reversible and meets the latest thermal comfort requirements.
